How do I become a Diamond Dog Closet Club subscriber?
To join our subscription, the first step is to sign up for our waitlist! Those on the waitlist will be the first to know when the window for new subscribers opens.

Sign-ups for the Diamond Dog Closet Club are only available a few times throughout the year, and spots are limited. By joining the waitlist, you’ll get exclusive early access to secure your subscription before the general public. Once all open subscription spots are filled, the Diamond Dog Closet Club will be closed again.

Currently, our subscription boxes are only available to customers in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).

How do you determine what items are in each box?
Each month, your pet will receive either a clothing item or accessory on a rotating basis, so as not to overwhelm them with too many of the same time of item.

All items will be based on the current month's theme and item sourcing availability. Not all boxes will contain the same items as we try our best to personalize each pet's experience based on size, gender, breed, and other factors.

How do you determine what size and style of clothing my pet will receive?
We select the best-fitting apparel for your pet based on the measurements you provide rather than relying on the size listed on a garment's tag.

Pet clothing sizes can vary widely between brands, so we focus on your pet’s actual measurements to ensure the best fit. When you sign up, we’ll ask for details like your pet’s neck, chest, and length measurements. It is very important you provide accurate measurements of your pet.

Additionally, we take your pet’s gender and shape into consideration when choosing styles. While some outfits are unisex, we may select pieces that complement your pet’s size, shape, and gender for the best look and comfort. Because of these variations, the clothing you receive may display different sizes on the tags, but rest assured, each item has been chosen specifically to fit your pet as accurately as possible.

Do you provide clothing for big dogs in your boxes?
Yes! Our Big Dog Upgrade box specifically caters to breeds weighing 50lbs or more. Make sure you're selecting one of the Big Dog Upgrade boxes at checkout.
How does billing work?
When you sign up for one of our subscription boxes, you will be charged at that time. After your initial sign up, you will be charged on the 1st day of every month.
When will I receive my box?
Our subscription boxes are shipped out around the 25th of each month. Delivery typically takes between 5-8 days, depending on your location. If you’ve chosen In-Store Pick Up, your box will be ready for pick up on the 25th of the month. You’ll receive a notification when your box has shipped or is ready for pickup.
What is your Return or Exchange Policy?
Subscription Box Items:

We do not process the return or exchange of subscription box items.

If something doesn’t work for your dog or you, please contact us at contact@twistedtailspetservices.com so we can make it right and ensure your pup is happy and that correct items are in your future boxes.

We ask that you share any unwanted items with a furry friend or donate them to your favorite animal shelter!

Individual Item Purchases:

No refunds or exchanges will be processed on sale items, hygiene products, or items without tags or not in its original packaging. Clothing items must have any tags still attached and be hair-free. For all other items, reach out to us via email within 30 days of receiving your item and we will initiate the refund or exchange process.

Can I cancel my subscription and restart it again later?
If you choose to cancel your subscription to the Diamond Dog Closet Club, you can do so at any time by logging into your client profile.

If you want to become a Diamond Dog Closet Club member again in the future, you'll have to get back on our waitlist and you will be notified once subscriptions become open again.
